About Me

Hi, my name is Deanna. Welcome to my blog. My teacher asked me to write a paragraph, or two about me. But really, I don’t think you’d be interested, so just stop reading.

I write, I love to write, I create stories, and then I publish them online for reviews. I also read a lot, that’s where is get my over average writing skills. But it’s not just the writing I’m into, I also draw, and paint. I love to draw, drawing is my favorite thing to do, other than playing my laptop 24/7. I also love to play sports, baseball, badminton; volleyball, basketball, you name it, I play it.

I am also have a really deep regard to Paris, France. It is my dream spot, not just because of the Eiffel Tower, but the beauty locked away in that city intrigues me. Les pont Des Arts, Le Centre Georges Pompidou, and the L’Arc De Triomphe. There is so much more to say about Paris, but I don’t want to bore you.

I am really into video games, The Legend Of Zelda, Bully:Scholarship Edition; The Sims 4, and World Of Warcraft. I can count to 3000 in Roman Numerals, and click 574 times in 20 seconds; and I also speak seven languages. When I am older I want to be a lawyer because it makes the most money, and I love to argue. I honestly dislike being around people, especially the miss popularities. I am a nerd, and I am proud of it, I finish my work before anybody else, and I love to do my work.

So, that’s it. I am a shy, hopeless-romantic, outgoing, annoying, sporty, author, painter, and drawing kind of person. I love my friends, I may be shy around crowds, but when I’m with my friends, you’d think I’m completely insane.

  4. Hi I'm Aryan, I'm from New Zealand and I can totally relate to most of the things you said; most.I'm not sporty at all, I'm far from it; really far. I don't play many video games, I'm more towards the bookworm or nerd side.

You should drop by my blog - http://aryanroom10.blogspot.co.nz/

    P.S. I like your background.

    1. Hi Aryan. I loved how you said "I'm far from it; really far." Made me laugh, but everybody has their own weaknesses. I am very "nerdy as well. I even have my own table in the cafeteria. "Nerds only." Thank you.

Most of my friends call me a nerd and honestly it's nice to be called smart (: It looks like you and I have a lot in common- except I definitaly can't speak 7 languages! 6. Hi Deanna,
I'm Emily, I really like your blog, the background is funky, and relates to your post. I can also see an attribution on the image, which is a neat idea.
I also love writing, It is one of my favourite subjects at school. I am going to try entering some writing competitions this holiday, if you wanted to take your writing further, I highly suggest you do, as I think you are really talented after reading this post.
What are the Les pont Des Arts, Le Centre Georges Pompidou, and the L’Arc De Triomphe?
All your achievements are amazing, even being able to click so fast! You are definitely far from hopeless.
Good luck with any goals in the future!
    Emily

    1. Hi Emily. Lol my middle name is Emily. Seems Ike we have a lot in common. Les Ponts Des Arts is a bridge you can go to with your significant other, and you write your name on the lock; and then you lock it on the fence, and throw the key in the river, that symbolizes that your love will be locked away for eternity. Le Centre George's Pompidou is a tourist attraction where you can basically walk up, and down a stairwell. The Arc De Triomphe is another tourist attraction where you can go underground, come up to the surface, and be in the middle of a huge Arc. I also play 'ALOT' of video games it's crazy. Thank you for you comment.

  7. Hi Deanna,
My name is Brooke and I am from Mrs Hogg's class. I am a year 8 student competing in the Student Blogging Challenge. I think the begging is hilarious and it actually made me WANT to read more. I am glad I did.
I have been to Paris, and by luck, had my 8th birthday there. My birthday is around easter so we got to try their chocolates too!!
I think the city is amazing and when I grow up I would love to go live there. Can you speak any French? Are you enjoying the Student Blogging Challenge? Some of the tasks are really hard to visualise but after trying some out and modifying them they are really cool!!
    Great work!!
    Brooke

    1. Hi Brooke, you're lucky that you've been to Paris. But I don't want to go until I have graduated from Harvard. Yes, I can speak french, I have been in french immersion for 10 years. I started school when I was three. I am also enjoying this Student Blogging challenge, even though it isn't quite up my speed. I usually start fights with teachers about this stuff. Thank you for giving the time to check out my blog!

  8. Hi Deanna, I see my lovely students have really enjoyed reading about you. I enjoyed reading it too, because of your disparate range of interests, something to appeal to each responder. I love how you seem to have put a lot of thought into your future, rather than just travelling with time. When I was growing up I wanted to be a lawyer, not because of the money (there are a lot of unemployed lawyers around), but because I love arguing a point, and trying to get people to agree with me. I loved debating because of this. Does your school have a debating team? Our school doesn't, but I want to teach my class about debating this year, to have real competitions amongst ourselves.

    1. Hi, Our school does not have a debating team, but I would definitely win! I argue with my friends, my principal, but mostly teachers; and that gets me into trouble. I just want to be a lawyer because I want to highly succeed in life. Also to make a difference in peoples lives. I want to be defendant. Also lately, my friends and I have been debating on which gender is better. Personally think boys overrule girl any day. What do you think?
